HOW TO LOOK CHIC IN THE COLD
Posted on 13 January 2016
MLK weekend is right around the corner. If the Fashion Week Gods didn’t have us chained to our desks, we’d head to the mountains. Yes, we wish we could admit that we’re “cool girls” who love hitting the slopes...nope! We much prefer après ski...hot toddy in hand, dressed in something that doesn’t make us look like abominable snow creatures. In sum, we can't pull off a snow suit.
Mountain bound or not, it’s challenging to look pulled together when the temperature drops. Here we lay out all the accessories you need to sport a winter chic look.
We suggest starting with the Embroidered Gladiola Shift Dress as the base for your outfit. We love the black, white and gold color palette because it matches with so many choices...some that may already exist in your wardrobe!
1. Hot toddy in hand tops off the outfit
4. Maison Martin Margiela Thigh High Leather boots (so you don't even need to wear tights!)
