Hi, my name is Jacqueline! I am the creator behind @jacqueline.r.turner, where I share my love for floral beauty, romantic tablescapes, and heartfelt gatherings. My passion is transforming everyday moments into unforgettable memories while entertaining at home through romantic tablescapes, floral elegance, and very thoughtful details. I have a deep love for limelight hydrangeas that I highlight in my home decor, tablescapes and floral arrangements. I am a pink-loving woman who gravitates towards the delicate, romantic, and feminine styles. This you can see throughout my entire home and my own personal style in the clothes that I wear. When I am not designing and styling, I am a mother to three boys who do not mind all the pink and feminine touches throughout our home. They know how much it makes me happy so they embrace it as long as it doesn’t get into their own bedrooms! I also run a family business here at home with my husband in Michigan. 

What is your favorite part about hosting? 

My favorite part of hosting is creating an atmosphere where my guests feel truly welcomed and loved. For me, it’s all about the thoughtful details—soft floral arrangements, warm candlelight, and a carefully curated tablescape that invites connection. From the moment guests step through the door, I want them to feel embraced by an ambiance that’s both elegant and comforting. Whether it’s a thoughtful party favor or a signature cocktail waiting for them, these small gestures are my way of saying, “You matter, and I’m so glad you’re here.” Hosting is my love language, and nothing brings me more joy than making others feel at home.

What are your top 3 hostess tips? 

1. Set the Mood with a Signature Tablescape

Use hydrangeas or florals, soft pink tones, and layered textures to create an inviting and romantic table setting. Incorporate candles or fairy lights for a warm glow, and mix in personal touches like handwritten place cards or vintage glassware.

2. Create a Thoughtful Welcome Moment

Greet guests with a signature drink and soft music playing that reflects the theme of the evening. This not only sets the tone and ambiance for the night, but it also gives you a moment to connect with each guest as they arrive.

3. Prepare Ahead for Effortless Charm

Choose a menu that balances elegance with simplicity. Prep as much as possible ahead of time so you can focus on being present and enjoying the evening with your guests. This also gives you more time to focus on the ambiance and details, like lighting up the candles at the table and all around the room or outdoor area where you will be gathering with your guests. 

What is your advice for living stylishly, inside and out? 

Living lavishly, both inside and out, is about embracing abundance in your heart and reflecting it in your personal style. It begins with nurturing a grateful and generous spirit—finding joy in everyday moments, practicing kindness, and caring for your inner self. This richness of heart naturally radiates outward, inspiring how you present yourself to the world. Choose timeless, elegant pieces that make you feel confident and aligned with who you are, incorporating luxurious textures and thoughtful details that reflect your inner beauty. True lavishness isn’t about excess—it’s about living with intention, where the harmony between your inner joy and outer elegance creates a life of effortless grace and fulfillment.

How would you describe your personal style? 

My personal style is feminine, romantic, with a touch of elegance. I love soft, delicate details that exude elegance and warmth. I love flowing fabrics, dainty details, pastel hues—especially shades of pink—and floral accents that reflect my love for beauty and nature. I embrace textures like lace, silk, and velvet for a layered, luxurious feel. My style is not just about how I dress but also about how I carry myself-with grace, kindness, and a welcoming spirit that I hope makes others feel at ease. That is most important to me. Being kind and showing love to all is where my heart is. 

How are you styling your Mestiza piece?
