We do our best to ensure a perfect fit, however if your Mestiza item isn't quite right, do not fret! Mestiza offers tailoring reimbursements. 

If you take your Mestiza dress to your local tailor to be altered within the first month of your purchase, we are happy to offer up to a $50 refund for alterations from your tailor with proof of receipt. Just shoot us an email customerservice@mestiza-ny.com! Tailoring reimbursement applies to full price product only. Promotional codes of 10% or less are acceptable.

The tailoring reimbursement only applies to purchases made at mestizanewyork.com. Purchases made through our Instagram Shop do not qualify for the alterations reimbursement.

All items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.

Yes! We ship internationally. Customs fees are not included. International returns and customs fees will be paid for by the customer.

Items purchased Monday-Friday before 2pm ET will be shipped the same day. Pre-order items will ship according to their ship date located on the product's detail and description page. We ship out of New York using various shipping carriers. Once an order is shipped, US orders should take 1-5 business days depending on your location.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not completely satisfied with your Mestiza purchase, it may be returned within 30 days of the order ship date (the day on which the shipping notice is emailed to you) unless item is marked FINAL SALE. International returns and customs fees will be paid for by the customer.

The item must be returned in its original condition, with all of its tags, unaltered, not show any signs of wear (including deodorant marks) and arrive in the original packaging.

Your item may arrive with a security tag attached. If the item returns without that tag we will not be able to process your return.

Please understand, in order to pay our warehouse workers fair wages, we have a $20 restocking fee that will be automatically withdrawn from your refund. If you would like to make an exchange for a new size or product, we will waive this fee.

If Items for return or exchange are shipped on your own to Mestiza's office address, there will be an additional $50 fee applied against your total refund value to cover the cost of shipping and handling to the correct return location.


Customers who return their items between 30-90 days will receive a refund in the form of store credit at the present retail value of the product. Any refund requests after 90 days will not be accepted.

In order for an item to qualify for a price match for a product that was purchased on mestizanewyork.com, all of the following criteria needs to be met: Item must still be in stock on mestizanewyork.com in the exact same size and color as the previously purchased item. Price matching is not eligible on items that were purchased more than 7 days prior to the price drop. Price matching is not eligible during flash sale periods shorter than one week. Final Sale items do not qualify for price matching.

All refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, less shipping fees. When generating a return label, the amount of $20 will be deducted to cover restocking and shipping fees in order to pay our warehouse employees fare wages. Please allow ~2 weeks to see a refund to your account.

Mestiza New York offers exchanges within 30 days of purchase for the same item in a new size or for a different item. If exchanging for an item of lesser value, the difference will be returned to the original form of payment.

Anyone can join! CLICK HERE to  simply sign up now for free. All existing account holders are automatically enrolled. If you have ever previously made an account with mestizanewyork.com, you are automatically enrolled.

You can earn points every time you shop, and on a variety of activities. To see all the ways you can earn points, check the “Earn Points” section on the Loyalty Page.

You will be able to see your points balance on the header of the Loyalty Page, when you are logged in.

Once you’re logged into your account, go to the “Rewards” section of the Loyalty Page. If you have enough points, you can redeem them for rewards.

Before starting checkout, go to the “Rewards” section of the Loyalty Page, decide which offer you want to redeem on your purchase, click on the offer to access your promo code to apply to the order at checkout.

You can refer a friend by using your custom referral link found in the “Earn Points” section on the Loyalty Page. Feel free to share it through text, email, or social media, any platform you prefer!

Once your friend places an order using your referral link, you will be granted the points 35 day later as long as they do not return their purchase.

One week after your purchase, you will receive an email directly requesting you to write a review on the product(s) in your order! If you use the specific email link, you will be granted points after your review is approved and published. It may take up to 48 hours for a review to be approved.
