What should I do if my dress doesn't fit?
We do our best to ensure a perfect fit, however if your Mestiza item isn't quite right, do not fret! Through our tailoring and alterations partner, Hemster, we offer $50 off tailoring services through Hemster's virtual service. Click here to learn more. Offer applies to full price product only. Promotional codes of 10% or less are acceptable.
If you would prefer to fit your garment in person with your own tailor, within the first month of your purchase, we are happy to offer up to a $50 refund for alterations from your local tailor with proof of receipt. What is your return policy for purchases made on Mestizanewyork.com?
If you are not completely satisfied with your Mestiza purchase, it may be returned within 30 days of the order ship date (the day on which the shipping notice is emailed to you).
The item must be returned in its original condition, unaltered, not show any signs of wear (including deodorant marks) and arrive in the original packaging provided.
Your item may arrive with a security tag attached. If the item returns without that tag we will not be able to process your return.
Customers who return their items after 30 days will receive a refund in the form of store credit at the present retail value of the product.

All items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
How long does it take to process my return?

What is the exchange policy?
Mestiza New York offers exchanges within 30 days of purchase for the same item in a new size or for a different item. If exchanging for an item of lesser value, the difference will be returned to the original form of payment.

Do you ship outside of the United States?
Yes! We ship internationally. Customs fees are not included.
How do you ship and when will my order arrive?
Items purchased Monday-Friday before 2pm ET will be shipped the same day. We ship using UPS out of New York. Once an order is shipped, it should take 1-5 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer customization/bespoke services?
Please inquire about all bespoke projects at least one year in advance. Depending on the designer's bespoke volume, we may not be able to accommodate custom design offerings.
