Meet Regan Bartley, Founder of Bartley Brand Personal Styling
Based in Louisiana, Regan is a mom of two, the founder of Bartley Brand Personal Styling, and a lifestyle content creator. She is known for blending elevated yet approachable personal style with motherhood and everyday life, creating thoughtful, authentic content that resonates with modern women.
Tell us a bit about yourself!
I’m 26 and originally from South Louisiana. I was a cheerleader in college, where I met my now-husband, and today we’re parents to two beautiful children—our daughter, Baylor, who just turned two, and our newest addition, Collins Hampton, who is two month old.
I’ve always been drawn to creativity and beautiful details, and from an early age I became the go-to person among family and friends for style and aesthetic advice. After gaining fashion experience in both retail and modeling, I quickly recognized a gap in the market for a truly personal, hands-on styling service.
That realization led me to found Bartley Brand Personal Styling, where I work primarily with women in every stage of their style journey…from closet edits and wardrobe rebuilds, to curated shopping experiences, one-on-one membership services, and styling for special events.
In addition to my work as a stylist, I share my life online as a lifestyle content creator, partnering with brands I genuinely love and building an authentic, close-knit community. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me at home with my two pups, cooking for my family, or soaking up everyday moments with my kids!
How did growing up in the South influence your personal style?
Southern culture places so much value on presentation, tradition, and thoughtful details, and that naturally translated into how I approach fashion. I gravitate toward classic, feminine pieces with a polished feel, while still keeping things approachable and functional for everyday life!
You’ve said many clients come to you overwhelmed by limited options. When you first assess a wardrobe, what are the most common gaps you see, and how do you fill them?
Most clients aren’t lacking *clothes*… they’re lacking versatility. The most common gaps I see are foundational pieces: well-fitting denim, elevated basics, layering pieces, and footwear that transition seamlessly from day to night.
For someone who feels stuck in a style rut, what’s the first small shift you recommend to help them rediscover confidence in their daily outfits?
I always recommend starting with one intentional upgrade rather than a full overhaul. Small shifts create momentum! When one piece fits beautifully and feels like you, getting dressed becomes easier, and confidence naturally follows.
You work closely with busy moms who want to feel polished without adding mental load. What are your go-to styling shortcuts for getting dressed easily, quickly, and comfortably?
For busy moms (like myself), simplicity is everything. I encourage creating “outfit formulas” you can rely on: a great denim and a classic tee, an easy dress with an added layer, or matching sets that feel intentional without effort. When everything in your closet works together, getting dressed becomes quick, comfortable, and stress-free.

What is your go-to style uniform when you don’t know what to wear?
A great pair of jeans, a simple top, and a layer over the shoulders, finished with a comfortable but polished shoe (usually a loafer, ballet flat, or sleek sneaker) and of course a statement accessory!
What styles would you recommend to someone for the below situations?
a. Warm-weather weekend getaway:
The perfect balance of glam and ease. This will be the first piece in my suitcase for any tropical escape!
b. Date night out:
The Juniper Shift Mini Dress. A classic silhouette with just the right amount of playful flair.
c. Elevated everyday look:
The Enya Sweater paired with the Antonella Pant. It’s the kind of outfit that makes you feel put-together without even trying.
Mestiza is all about creating heirloom-quality pieces meant to be passed down for generations. Which piece from our collection do you envision passing down to your little girl one day—and what makes it feel timeless to you?
The Elliana Midi Dress. I actually plan to wear it during my children’s upcoming baptism, so it will already hold such meaningful memories. Passing it down to her one day would feel incredibly special, knowing it was part of one of her earliest milestones. It’s a truly timeless piece that carries both elegance and sentiment.
What do you love most about the Mestiza brand?
I love that Mestiza truly offers something for everyone. My mom has pieces from past collections that she treasures, I’m always styling my friends in Mestiza for their special events, and so many of my clients (across all ages and walks of life) own and adore Mestiza designs. It’s a brand that feels universally wearable while still being incredibly special.
How do you feel when you wear Mestiza?
I feel effortlessly polished! The pieces are so unique without ever overpowering you. They truly enhance your natural beauty and make you feel confident, elegant, and completely yourself.
