Mestiza New York creates timeless dresses and statement pieces designed to celebrate life’s most memorable moments.
Founded in 2015 in New York City by longtime friends Alessandra Perez-Rubio and Louisa Rechter, the brand was inspired by their shared Filipino heritage and the treasured vintage garments passed down by their grandmothers. Their heirloom pieces were beautiful, distinctive and made to last. This concept sparked the idea for a modern wardrobe filled with designs that make women feel confident, unforgettable, and ready for every moment.
