Official Contest Rules: Mestiza Fall-Preview Trunk Show. Shop pieces from the Mestiza Fall collection on pre-order for 50% off the normal retail price. Five total winners will be selected. Each winner will be able to share the exclusive trunk show with five (5) friends and shop the trunk show for one (1) hour on a night scheduled between the winner and the brand.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER. Promotion begins on 7/14/21 and ends on 7/20/21. Deadline for entries in 7/20/21 at 11:59pm EST. From all complete entries, one winners will be randomly drawn. The winners will be announced 7/21/21 by 8pm ET.
The prize winner will receive an opportunity to shop Mestiza’s new Fall 2021 collection at 50% off the retail price in a trunk show with 5 of their chosen friends. The acceptance of the giveaway off must be confirmed by July 22, 2021 at 8pm ET by replying to the email the winner receives on July 21st. Once the winner has confirmed they would like to accept the trunk show giveaway offer, they will be sent a calendar sign up link to confirm the desired time and date of their trunk show as well as the 5 friends they have chosen to share the trunk show with. Both the winner and their friends selected must be 18 years of age or older to win. Open to everyone with the exception of employees of Mestiza New York Inc., their families, agencies and representatives. A purchase or payment will not increase chances of winning. Odds of winning the prize will depend on the total number of entries.
To participate, people will need to sign up to receive special promotional emails and/or texts from Mestiza New York Inc.. Names, phone numbers, and email addresses will not be shared with any other businesses and will only be used by Mestiza New York Inc to send exclusive promotional offers. By signing up via email and/or text, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing emails and/or text messages (e.g. cart reminders) from Mestiza New York Inc at the email and/or cell number used when signing up. Prize winner is subject to verification of eligibility and will be notified instantly upon completion of participation with instructions on how to verify his/her eligibility and claim the prize. In case of original winner forfeiting the prize, a new winner will be selected and contacted the week of July 21st, 2021.
The promotional offer for the discounted Fall trunk show on the Mestiza New York Website will be valid for the winner and their chosen 5 friends for the 1 hour that the winner decides they want to host the trunk show based on the calendar of available trunk show times that is provided to the winner by Mestiza New York. The winner has to be present during the trunk show. The final date of pre-order trunk shows will be evening time slots on Thursday, August 5th. The trunk show winner must schedule their trunk show 1 week (7 days) before the time they choose and no later than August 1st. If the winner does not schedule her trunk show before August 1st, their prize will be forfeited. While the promotional offer will be valid on a variety of Mestiza New York products, limitations on which products can be purchased within the trunk show offering is at the discretion of Mestiza New York Inc. and will be disclosed to the winner when they accept the promotional offer. Returns on product purchased during the Fall preview trunk show will NOT be accepted. Only exchanges or store credit will be valid.
By participating, all entrants acknowledge and agree that they have entered the contest of their own free will, that the full rules and details of the contest have been made available to them in writing and they therefore understand and agree that neither Mestiza New York Inc, their agents, affiliates, sponsors, representatives, or employees have any liability with respect to any damages out of acceptance and use of a prize. By entering this promotion, participants agree to be bound by these rules.
Winner understands he/she may be subject to Federal or State gift taxes.
Approximate value of the Prize is any amount over $100 of purchased product at a discounted price per winner and per group of friends participating in the trunk show. There is no minimum or maximum amount that needs to be spent by each participant. Returns on product purchased during the trunk show will NOT be accepted. Only exchanges or store credit will be valid.
