RETURN POLICY

1. What should I do if my item doesn't fit?
We try to ensure a perfect fit but if your Mestiza item isn't quite right, do not fret! Within the first month of purchase, we are happy to offer up to a $50 refund for alterations for all full price product with proof of receipt from your local tailor. Your welcome discount code and any discounts 10% or less are acceptable!
2. What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your Mestiza purchase, it may be returned within 30 days of the order ship date (the day on which the shipping notice is emailed to you). The item must be returned in its original condition, unaltered, not show any signs of wear (including deodorant marks) and arrive in the original packaging provided. We make returns as easy as possible for you: simply click here to initiate a return. 
3. What is your exchange policy?
Mestiza New York does not have a formal exchange process. If you would like to exchange a product, please adhere to the standard Mestiza return guidelines and then kindly place an order for your preferred product.
4. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! Customs fees not included.
5. How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Items purchased Monday-Friday before 2pm ET will be shipped the same day. Pre-order items will ship according to their ship date located on the product's detail and description page. We ship out of New York using various shipping carriers. Once an order is shipped, US orders should take 1-5 business days depending on your location. International orders may take more time depending on your location.

6. Will someone else be wearing my look at my next event?
We are a small scale manufacturing company which means less waste AND less chance of someone else stealing your look! While the chances are unlikely, if someone else is wearing your same Mestiza look, simply take a picture together, email it to us, and we'll give you both $100 off your next purchase!
