I started my career at Ralph Lauren as a design assistant in Women’s Classics. My dream was to work for a magazine. One year and a half later I was working at Vogue in the fashion department as a Fashion Assistant and then an Accessories Editor. After I left Vogue I started my freelance career styling with different magazines and consulting with different brands. Celebrities seemed to be my niche and I became a contributing editor at Tatler and then Harpers Bazaar until last year.
I was always classic with an edge. I have gone through periods of fashion where I was edgier or wore very clean lines, tight straight skirts and very tailored to boho in the summer, and now very feminine.
I have always been inspired by new and small designers. I think sustainability and slow fashion are most important. I think in terms of the art world NFTs are going to become more and more important.
My mother is my favorite female role model. She is 93 and wakes up every day with a positive outlook. My aunts that I grew up with and took care of me from Italy were all strong, independent women with a sense of grace and strong values. My friends are all sources of inspiration to me.
I am looking forward to having time in the sun and nature. Spending time in the Hamptons, and maybe a visit to Greece, and I leave everything else up to chance.
I love the happy prints and the overall aesthetic of the brand.
I love off-the-shoulder dresses so I pulled the sleeves down and wore it with pearl-detailed sandals to match the dress. I am in the Hamptons.
